Job Description:

A company is looking for an Account Development Specialist (ADS) I.
Key Responsibilities

Engage new accounts and assist with the growth of existing target accounts
Conduct personalized outreach via phone and electronic media to generate qualified meetings
Document activities and follow standard processes to achieve defined KPIs

Required Qualifications and Education

High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
1-4 years of inside sales or sales experience required
Proficient in Excel, Outlook, LinkedIn, and web-browser navigation
Experience with CRM database management preferred, Salesforce preferred
Strong research capabilities to gather and summarize information effectively
