We're currently seeking an enthusiastic *Outpatient Physical Therapist or PTA PRN* to join our dedicated team.In this role, youll provide comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and treatments, as prescribed by a qualified physician, and work closely with our skilled team to support the recovery and independence of each patient. Youll also be part of a collaborative environment that thrives on effective communication, exceptional patient care, and professional growth.We value the expertise and compassion you bring to your role, and our PTs and PTAs are expected to maintain a high standard of professional conduct, in alignment with the *APTA Code of Ethics* and *Siskin Philosophy of Service*.*Why Siskin?** Be part of a *compassionate team* committed to improving patients lives.* *Grow professionally* with opportunities to supervise students, PTAs, and Technicians.* *Work-life balance* with a flexible PRN schedule.*Key Responsibilities:** Administer and direct physical therapy evaluations and treatments as prescribed.* Supervise students after one year of experience, offering guidance and mentorship.* Provide clinical supervision to PTAs and/or Technicians, ensuring quality patient care.* Engage with patients, families, vendors, physicians, and visitors daily to foster a supportive and positive environment.* Maintain accurate and timely documentation while upholding the highest standards of professionalism.*This role reports to the Clinic Manager at Offsite Locations and/or the Director of OP Therapy Services at the Main Campus.**What Were Looking For:** *Education:* Bachelors or Masters degree in Physical Therapy or graduation from an accredited program.* *Experience:* No experience required we welcome new grads!* *Licensure/Certification:* Licensed (or eligible) in Tennessee and CPR certification.* *Physical Requirements:** Ability to assist with the transfer and mobility of patients of varying sizes and needs.* Proficient in performing physical manipulative skills such as patient positioning and operating treatment equipment.* Ability to remain on your feet, sit, or stand for extended periods, with a focus on optimal body mechanics.* Demonstrate a strong understanding of relevant therapeutic concepts while ensuring a safe and secure environment for all.*Make a lasting impact on the lives of our patients.
