Job Description:
A company is looking for a Mainframe Tier One Support to provide
first-line support for critical mainframe-based applications in a
healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor IT infrastructure and applications for efficiency and
reliability
Troubleshoot and resolve incidents related to production
systems
Create and manage job schedules on Mainframe, Windows, and UNIX
environments
Required Qualifications
Experience with DB2, CICS, and Java Production Support
Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder
Ability to provide 24/7 on-call support
Experience in monitoring and troubleshooting complex systems
Familiarity with IT audit compliance and security regulations
