A company is looking for a Sr. Director of Retail Sales to lead
its growth in retail markets.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue
targets and expand market share
Build and maintain relationships with key accounts and retail
partners to maximize sales opportunities
Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team to drive results and
exceed sales goals
Required Qualifications:
Proven track record of scaling a sub $100M CPG business through
retail channels
Significant experience in sales strategy and retail marketing in
mass, club, and grocery channels
Ability to analyze category data and consumer insights to develop
strategies
Passionate about sustainability and the company's mission
Willingness to deliver optimized execution on a start-up budget
