Job Description:
Customer Service Representatives are responsible for
contributing to the overall success of the fixed base operation
(FBO) and providing excellent customer service. They serve as the
face of Signature, interacting with visitors and coworkers in a
professional, friendly and courteous manner. CSRs ensure concierge
and other services are handled promptly and correctly in accordance
with Signature's procedures.
- Work as part of a team to provide a friendly welcome to
Signature, collaborate with coworkers and customers to ensure
customer service needs are met, and efficiently transfer
information through various methods.
- Increase customer satisfaction by understanding and addressing
customers' needs, offering additional Signature services, and
responding to vendor, customer, and team member questions/concerns
in an efficient and effective manner.
- Accurately receive, dispatch, and process customer purchases
and fuel transactions in accordance with company procedures.
- Maintain a working knowledge of Signature's facilities,
services, website, surrounding areas, and other information
commonly asked about by customers.
- Replenish complementary beverages/supplies, enforce good
cleanliness practices, and provide visitors with concierge services
including arranging reservations.
- Assist pilots with access to airport and weather information,
assist visitors with their luggage, and Marshall aircraft as
needed.
- Abide by emergency response procedures, recommend improvements
to Signature's standards and procedures, and exhibit a positive
attitude and courtesy to everyone at all times.
- Understand, comply with, and enforce all security protocols,
create accurate records, and work well as part of a team.To qualify
for this position, applicants and those in the role must have a
High School diploma or general education degree (GED), be at least
18 years of age, and possess a valid state license where
applicable.
- Pass background checks, drug tests, and receive an airport
security badge, and be insurable by the company's applicable
insurance policies.
- Be legally authorized to work in the country of employment,
successfully complete Signature's training programs, and use a
computer and email.
- Have strong verbal and written English communication skills,
work flexible schedules, and perform simple arithmetic.
- Preferred: Three to six months experience in aviation, FBO,
hospitality, customer service, or a related field, and knowledge of
radio procedures and protocols.Qualified applicants will receive

attendance, ability to read and understand company policies and
safety procedures, clearly communicate in English, operate a
multi-line telephone, and detect phishing attempts.
- Independently anticipate customer needs, perform open job
tasks, and speak up regarding observed safety concerns.
- Proficiency in computer operations and typing, work well as
part of a team, handle stressful situations, and prioritize
multiple tasks.
- Ability to lift light to moderately heavy items and read small
