Working on Your Real Estate License or Licensed in the last few months?

--- Availability to work full-time or part-time if necessary
--- A valid driver's license and properly insured vehicle

Qualifications:

--- Willing to obtain a Real Estate License within 2-3 weeks of joining Elam Or currently licensed (we can assist with understanding the process)
--- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office products
--- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

--- Be committed to following through with what you say you will do
--- Able to build meaningful connections and rapport quickly
--- Ability to work as a team within the Elam Family
--- Integrity is a Must for our agents
--- Sales experience is not necessary, but helpful
