Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Sales Operations to lead
and optimize sales processes, tools, and analytics.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement a comprehensive sales operations strategy to
enhance sales productivity
Oversee a team including Sales Enablement Manager, CXP Manager, and
Sales Data Analyst to ensure collaboration
Manage sales forecasting, pipeline management, and performance
reporting to support the sales team
Qualifications, Training, and Education
Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or a related field; MBA
is a plus
7+ years of experience in sales operations or sales management
roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership position
Strong understanding of sales processes, CRM systems, and sales
enablement tools
Analytical mindset with experience leveraging data to drive
business insights
Familiarity with the solar or renewable energy industry is a
plus
