Job Description:
A company is looking for an Associate Director to lead Field
Leadership curriculum creation and execution for the US Sales
team.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and enhance sales curriculum for first line leaders and
complete learning journey
Create and implement a New RD learning journey for onboarding
Collaborate with stakeholders to define performance outcomes and
required competencies
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree with twelve years of experience, or a Master's
Degree with ten years of experience, or a PhD with eight years of
experience
Experience in curriculum development and project management
Proven track record in sales training curriculum development and
implementation
Experience in sales leadership training
Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word
