Responsibilities:

--- Answer questions related to auto sales contracts and financing options while coordinating with the sales manager and finance service department
--- Create a positive auto sales experience by taking a knowledgeable approach to presenting used car features, options, and differentiating characteristics
--- Close used car sales using strong negotiation and customer service skills to ensure a positive sales experience
--- Facilitate and join customers on test drives from the dealership
--- Maintain a professional appearance while working in the showroom or attending sales meetings to uphold the dealership's reputation for excellence


Qualifications:

--- Have an interest and knowledge in used car features, auto sales trends, car dealerships' processes, financing options, and sales management
--- Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required; a high school diploma or GED equivalent is mandatory
--- One year of auto sales experience, working as a sales representative, or related retail sales jobs is required
--- Possession of a valid driver's license and clean driving record is required
--- Strong communication skills, customer service skills, and an outgoing personality are critical
