The Rental Agent is responsible for creating and maintaining successful relationships with landlords and closing rental inquiries efficiently.

Responsibilities:

--- Prepare for market changes by researching local rates and calculating costs to ensure competitive and fair pricing
--- Become acquainted with client expectations of housing and finances and highlight properties that meet those expectations
--- Promote available properties using various social media and websites to help ensure quick rental contracts
--- Present properties and provided amenities in a positive light to prospective tenants to help secure rental agreement
--- Complete property inspections and any required maintenance in accordance with our standards


Qualifications:

--- Must have a valid Real Estate License
--- A proven record of sales experience and success
--- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
--- Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies
--- Good knowledge of leasing rules and regulations
