Job Description:
We're looking for a highly driven full-time real estate managing
broker to lead our top-performing team. You'll oversee operations,
create training materials to develop high-producing agents, and
recruit new agents to grow the real estate brokerage ensuring
company success. The ideal candidate is a seasoned real estate
professional who is an excellent communicator with a proven track
record of building successful real estate teams. If you're

To be considered for this position you must include a cover letter,
answering these questions:
--- Do you have at least 3 years of experience as a Managing
Broker, running/operating a real estate brokerage?
--- Are you currently a Managing Broker, Broker of Record, or
Qualifying Broker?
--- Do you have experience recruiting full-time, producing real
estate agents?
This position requires you to work in the office only.
Responsibilities:
--- Oversee all operational responsibilities of the brokerage
including the company's MLS listings and all real estate
transactions
--- Ensure the brokerage and agents are adhering to all company
policies and procedures and abiding by all state and national Fair
Housing and real-estate law
--- Develop training materials for new real estate agents for the
brokerage and train them to ensure their performance meets our high
standards
--- Cooperate with the leadership team on a retention strategy to
ensure we keep our top-performing real estate agents
--- Expand our brokerage by hiring top-performing realtors for our
team
--- Lead by example and take advantage of all the great tools and
systems we make available to our real estate agents
--- Hold regular sales meetings with agents to discuss best
practices, accountability and industry trends
--- In-office Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm
--- Available as needed by agents or office events on weekends
Qualifications:
--- Working knowledge of the real estate industry and of all state
and national Fair Housing and real-estate laws to ensure our
brokerage is in compliance
--- Strong leadership and management skills to effectively lead a
successful real estate team
--- Superb customer service and communication skills
--- Must have a managing broker's license
--- Minimum 10 years experience in relevant real estate sales,
management, recruiting, or sales-related capacities and knowledge
of the Atlanta Marketplace
--- Minimum 5 years experience as a Managing Broker or Brokerage
Sales Manager
--- This position requires you to work in the office only.
