Job Description:
This role has responsibility for the overall sales and strategy
for the lottery business as an extension of their operation.
Responsibilities encompass contract compliance and risk management,
Instant category and retail strategy, delivering proposed services
to the customer, P&L management of the operation, holding all
personnel accountable to policies and procedures, and ensuring the
sites operate in alignment with the core values, mission statement,
ethical guidelines, and policies of Scientific Games.Work with the
SG RVP to develop, recommend, and execute instant product strategic
growth drivers and category plans using the full suite of instant
products available from Scientific Games to maximize revenues and
net income for both lottery and Scientific Games (SG).Prepare sales
and financial forecasts for use in the planning of manufacturing
operations, and inventory control, and assist the private
management operator.Define, recommend, and implement objectives in
each area of operations within established budgets.Analyze industry
and market trends and collaborate with RVP to share with the
private management operator.Be the liaison and primary point of
contact and manage all deliverables between all internal groups
within SG providing services to the private management
operator.Oversee management and provide direction of all pieces of
the business according to the contract in relation to operations,
order creation and fulfillment, site maintenance, product
development and analytics.Provide financial management, reporting,
and forecasting for site P&Ls and capital budgeting.Develop and
evolve solutions to reduce costs and increase efficiency to
maximize profitability.Ensure that the site team is meeting
contractual obligations in their respective
responsibilities.Ability to manage project schedules while meeting
project deadlines and budgets.Responsible for the overall
development of all personnel and staff reporting directly or
indirectly.Escalate and follow up on all customer requests that
require additional support and visibility or affect scope outside
of the local site.Ensure contract compliance and risk
management.Work with the government relations team on updated state
regulations and guidelines impacting business.Communication between
customers and corporate business units is essential for the overall
success of the operation.QualificationsBS Degree in Business,
Management, Marketing or a related field or equivalent
experienceStrong leadership skills required.Financial management,
budget development, and reporting experience.Strong communication
and reporting capabilities are a must.Must have strong
relationship, people management, and human resources management
skills.Strong negotiation and conflict management skills.Experience
in a high-volume environment.Experience in technical operation with
software and system tools.Experience in planning and implementing
marketing focus groups.Proficient in MS Office Suites: Excel, Word,
and PowerPoint.Preferred a minimum of 5 years of management
experience.Prefer Advanced knowledge of customer support operations
in the Lottery industry or equivalent experience.Experience in the
Lottery industry is a plus.
