We are currently seeking a Load Tracking Associate to join our team and play a key role in ensuring the efficient and timely movement of freight.Job Summary:As a Load Tracking Associate, you will be responsible for coordinating the successful movement of loads by tracking shipments, ensuring on-time pickups and deliveries, maintaining carrier compliance, and supporting our network of transportation providers. Key Responsibilities:Track all loads from carrier contracting through final delivery.Communicate with carriers, drivers, and internal departments to ensure smooth operations.Dispatch drivers to shippers, consignees, and intermediate stops as needed.Document all communications, issues, and service deviations in McLeod software.Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance logistics operations.Assist in training and developing new employees.Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent required.At least six months of consistent work experience, preferably in a customer service-focused environment.Transportation and freight brokerage experience preferred.Strong organizational and communication skills.Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.Work Environment & Physical Requirements:Primarily a sedentary role requiring frequent sitting.May involve occasional lifting of up to 10 pounds.Requires grasping, feeling, talking, hearing, seeing, and repetitive motions.Why Join Lipsey Logistics?Growth opportunities within the company.Dynamic and supportive work environment.Competitive compensation and benefits package.If you are a motivated individual with a passion for logistics and customer service, we encourage you to apply today!
