We are seeking a motivated and organized Installation Coordinator to join our team. The Installation Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of our installation projects, ensuring timely completion and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.What You'll Do:

• Coordinate installation schedules with customers and installation teams
• Communicate with customers to provide project updates and address any concerns
• Prepare installation documentation and ensure all necessary materials are available
• Work closely with sales, operations, and installation teams to ensure project requirements are met
• Resolve any issues or delays that may arise during the installation process
• Maintain accurate records of installation projects and update internal systems as needed What you need to succeed:
  • Proven experience in project coordination or similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
