• Understand and leverage SAP technologies and methodologies.
• Lead and participate in SAP customer implementations through fit-gap workshops, design, implementation, operation, optimization, and upgrade phases of the SAP solution.
• Provide technical product expertise, guidance, and instruction on SAP products.
• Aid and mentor other team members in the development and implementation of technical solutions.
• Manage multiple tasks, work in a team environment, and respond to project and customer needs.
• Adapt and function effectively in a fast-paced, changing environment while working under deadlines.
• Drive results and accept a high level of responsibility.
• Build credible relationships with peers and clients, and engage in continuous professional learning of SAP products.What you bring
  • Must be able to work as a team player, yet have the ability to work independently.

  • Possess exceptional interpersonal and communication skills including verbal, written presentation, and listening.
  • Understanding of cloud technology concepts and current software technology topics like AI, ML.
  • Deep knowledge of SAP HANA in-Memory Platform core technology, including architecture, landscape design, installation, upgrades, performance tuning, and system integration.
  • Hands-on experience of implementation and conversion for S/4HANA solutions.
  • SAP Basis - Strong Knowledge and Hands-on experience on Technical Planning, Installations, Upgrades, OS/DB Migrations, Unicode Conversions for SAP NetWeaver platform, and SAP HANA.
  • Knowledge/Experience in performance tuning, workload analysis, User Management, System copies, backup/recovery planning, and implementation.
  • Ability to handle one or more projects simultaneously.
  • Must be open to travel.Education
    • Graduate of an accredited university with a bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration, or similar degree.
    • Certification in SAP HANA and OS/DB Migration.
    • Certification in SAP S/4HANA Conversion and SAP System Upgrade.
    • 10+ years of SAP experience with SAP S/4HANA and HANA solutions, migrations, and conversions.
