Job Description:
A company is looking for an Analyst to support ITIL and
Continual Improvement methodologies in a customer service
environment.
Key Responsibilities
Triage and handle incoming customer requests through a ticketing
system
Provide customer service for software installation, maintenance,
and troubleshooting
Participate in training and shadow experienced agents to gain
product knowledge
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
High School diploma or GED required; Associate's degree
preferred
ITIL certification required within 45 days of employment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to learn new software and troubleshooting techniques
Experience in client troubleshooting with a focus on customer
service
