Position Details:
--- Title: Production Supervisor
--- Location: Carrollton, GA (Relocation available)
--- Shift: Day/Night shifts 7a-7p, 7p-7a, 3 on 4 off / 4 on, 4 off, rotating weekends.
--- Compensation: $82k w/ sign on Bonus
--- Benefits: Robust benefit package

Position Description: Responsibilities include:
Oversee and coordinate the activities of the production team to ensure that manufacturing processes are carried out efficiently, safely, and in accordance with company standards.
--- Supervise, train, and evaluate production workers.
--- Assign tasks, manage workflow, plan and organize production schedules to maintain efficiency.
--- Ensure production targets are met in terms of quantity, quality, and deadlines.
--- Implement and maintain quality assurance protocols and conduct regular inspections and audits
--- Manage inventory levels of raw materials and supplies and implement cost-saving measures.
--- Coordinate maintenance and repair of equipment to ensure optimal functionality.
--- Maintain accurate records of production activities, including output, quality control, and inventory.
--- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement.
