Job Description:
A company is looking for a Compensation Consultant to support
organizational compensation challenges and business goals.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with HRBPs and leaders to conduct job analysis,
evaluations, and benchmarking
Evaluate and recommend changes to existing compensation
programs
Manage and implement changes to various compensation plans and
participate in design projects
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or a related field
preferred
4+ years of experience as a compensation consultant in a for-profit
environment
Experience with pivot tables and data analysis
Prior experience with Workday strongly preferred
Professional certification (CCP) preferred or in progress
