A company is looking for a Payer Relations Associate.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain relationships with payer partners and identify
new partnership opportunities
Oversee fee schedules, analyze policy updates, and ensure
compliance with regulatory requirements
Conduct data analysis to identify trends and present findings to
senior management for strategic recommendations
Required Qualifications
Proven experience in sales and relationship management with health
plans
Strong background in healthcare, particularly in payer relations
and managed care
Ability to analyze policies and navigate internal systems
effectively
Experience leading projects and educating team members
Demonstrated accountability and ownership of outcomes
