Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Solution Architect to serve as
a technical consultant for clients, ensuring best practices and
scalability in their usage of the platform.
Key Responsibilities
Implement new customers and guide them towards success and
scalability with the product
Enhance or expand existing customer implementations of the
platform
Lead design workshops to create scalable solutions and monitor
product adoption
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in Professional Services/Enterprise Product
Implementation; SaaS experience preferred
Strong technical skills in areas such as CRM, relational databases,
and data integration processes
3+ years of experience in a Customer Success role, preferably with
the platform
Experience with project management and organizational skills
Existing GS Admin experience is a benefit but not required
