Job Description:
A company is looking for an Asset Remarketing Representative to
sell repossessed or inventoried assets for maximum fair market
value.
Key Responsibilities
Determine the best course of action to sell equipment and provide
accurate equipment valuations
Research and report on market trends and remarket assets through
established relationships and auctions
Manage internal and external relationships while balancing customer
needs with company objectives
Required Qualifications
College degree or 5+ years equivalent work experience in lieu of a
degree
3 years of asset management experience with commercial or consumer
loans
Knowledge of various appraisal techniques and leasing/secured
lending policies
Technical equipment expertise and ability to understand equipment
within the marketplace
Proven ability to manage customer relationships and make
independent judgments on high-value assets
