Job Description:

A company is looking for a Licensed Mortgage Loan Officer.
Key Responsibilities

Consult with borrowers to evaluate loan options and needs
Manage a pipeline of purchase and refinance loans
Utilize technology to qualify borrowers for various loan programs

Required Qualifications

Recent mortgage loan origination experience (2+ years preferred)
Active NMLS number and compliance with all NMLS requirements
Understanding of mortgage regulatory guidelines
Strong negotiation skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
