Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Execute and optimize paid social campaigns across platforms to
drive customer acquisition and retention
Align paid social initiatives with broader direct-to-consumer
growth strategies through cross-functional collaboration
Analyze campaign performance data and manage key performance
indicators to inform optimizations and improve ROI
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field
5+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience in paid
social
Proficient in bidding and targeting automation tools, Google
Analytics, and ad management platforms
Strong project management capabilities and ability to manage
complex, multi-stakeholder projects
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with evolving
priorities
