Job Description:
A company is looking for an EMR System Specialist to manage and
optimize their EMR system.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and conduct end-user training for the EMR system
Provide support by troubleshooting user inquiries and documenting
encounters within the ticketing system
Collaborate with clinical, technical, and administrative teams to
maintain and enhance the EMR system
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business,
Information Systems, or a related field; equivalent experience will
be considered
2-3 years of experience with Electronic Health Records (EHR) or
other clinical software platforms
2-3 years of application support or related clinical experience
Knowledge of healthcare information systems and workflows common in
behavioral health is preferred
Computer proficiency, including MS365 (specifically Excel) and
Smartsheets, is preferred
