Job Description:
A company is looking for an Escrow Disbursement Coordinator,
Remote or Hybrid.
Key Responsibilities
Assist escrow branch operations by preparing wires and checks, and
reviewing closing files for disbursement
Provide customer service and ensure file balances are accurate
while reconciling incoming and outgoing wires
Participate in training and conference calls, and develop knowledge
of corporate policies and wire fraud protocols
Required Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent
3+ years of banking and/or escrow experience preferred
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and
escrow-related software
Working knowledge of basic accounting principles, including
accounts receivable
Ability to learn and use company software systems effectively
