Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Auto Financing Specialist to
manage key components of car transactions and customer
operations.
Key Responsibilities
Generate and send accurate eContracting documents to customers
Manage lender stipulations and submit eContracting packages to
lenders
Serve as a product expert and escalation point for customer service
issues
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent required
2-5+ years of operations or customer support experience, preferably
in technology and automotive industries
Proficient with computer software and Microsoft Office
applications
Experience in the automotive industry and knowledge of automobile
terminology preferred
Ability to assist non-technical customers with technical issues
