Job Description:
A company is looking for a Compliance Officer II -
Complaints.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to and manage complaints from regulatory agencies and
customers, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions
Monitor and document complaints using a GRC tool, preparing trend
and root cause analyses for reporting
Develop internal processes and assist with compliance projects
while maintaining relationships with stakeholders
Required Qualifications and Education
5+ years of financial services compliance experience in complaint
management
Proficient knowledge of financial services, deposit, privacy, and
lending compliance laws and regulations
Ability to read and interpret governmental laws and regulations
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
to meet deadlines
Solid knowledge of standard computer applications, including
Microsoft Office suite
