Job Description:
A company is looking for a Benefit Navigator to assist members
in utilizing their health benefits effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Educate members on their Sidecar Health benefits and assist in
navigating complex health situations
Conduct assessments, gather information, and procure HIPAA
authorizations as necessary
Maintain documentation of member interactions and engage in quality
improvement initiatives
Required Qualifications and Education
3+ years of experience in health benefits education, specifically
with cancer care
Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and authorization processes
Experience in a collaborative team environment reviewing medical
documents or insurance claims
Bachelor's degree required; background in case management or social
work preferred
LCSW License preferred
