Job Title: Solution Architect - MS Dynamics 365 Duration: 2 months (contract) Location: Atlanta, GA (Hybrid) Key skills: Microsoft Dynamics 365, solution design architecture, implementation & customization, project management, technical leadership, communication, Microsoft Power Platform, Azure Services, .NET, SQL Job Description: Our client is enhancing its constituent engagement through a new Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system based on Microsoft Dynamics 365. We are seeking a Lead Solutions Architect to design, implement, and maintain this system, ensuring effective resolution of citizen issues and requests. Job Responsibilities:

• Solution Design and Architecture
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into functional and technical specifications.
• Design comprehensive solutions aligned with business goals and technical standards.
• Develop architecture diagrams, data models, and integration plans.
• Implementation and Customization
• Lead the configuration and optimization of Dynamics 365 applications.
• Create plugins, workflows, and scripts to enhance functionality.
• Ensure seamless integration with existing enterprise systems.
• Project Management
• Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and resources.
• Provide regular updates on project status, risks, and issues.
• Conduct testing, user training, and post-implementation support.
• Technical Leadership
• Mentor junior developers and team members.
• Stay updated on the latest Dynamics 365 features and best practices.
• Promote best practices in solution design, development, and deployment.
• Client Engagement
• Serve as the primary technical contact for clients.
• Conduct workshops and presentations on Dynamics 365 capabilities.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure high satisfaction. Required Qualifications:
  • Preferred Certifications
  • Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals
  • Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect Expert
  • Microsoft Certified: Power Platform App Maker Associate
  • Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Customer Service Functional Consultant Associate
  • Education
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience
  • Minimum of 5 years implementing and customizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.
  • Proven success in leading Dynamics 365 projects from inception to completion.
