• Independently ensuring effective customer communication as well as trusting and future-oriented customer cooperation.
• Personnel management with all included individual tasks (e.g. initiate disciplinary measures, appraisal of employees, personnel development).
• Ensuring the induction, appraisal and development of employees.
• Monitoring and control of the process of handling customer complaints for continuous quality improvement of 8D reports.
• Introduce problem solutions or optimizations and track their effectiveness.QualificationsThis role requires specialized knowledge of quality management and customer relationship management (CRM) in the pharmaceutical and medical device environment.
  • Knowledge as acquired and deepened during at least 3 years of technical (professional) university studies and at least 5 years of experience in the field of quality management with management responsibility.
  • 3-4 years' experience in personnel management and qualification.
  • 3-4 years' using QM guidelines according to the currently valid qualification matrix.
  • 4 years' experience of quality management systems.
  • 2 years' experience in resource and deployment planning.
  • 3 years' experience using MES, SAP, MS Office.
  • 3 years' experience in leadership.
  • 3 years' working with a team.
  • Performance management (KPIs, performance and target control).
