About The Role:

As part of the Advisory Services Corporate Communications team, this role will be focused on supporting the global Property Management communications priorities relating to the Global Property Management Strategy and additional needs as articulated by the global Property Management leadership team, in alignment with the broader overall company strategies.

Internally, this role will help support the awareness of new initiatives for employees at a global level with clear and concise communications via the Global Employee Intranet, email, or town halls, while also coordinating the best approach at a Regional level. This may include coordinating translations, as needed.

Externally, this role will support the social media and/or the media strategies to help elevate the CBRE Property Management image in the industry through coordination with the communications team and various company partners.

Lastly, this position will support global leadership and communications team members within the PMA (Property Management Accounting) and Investment Accounting & Reporting groups, to ensure overall strategic consistency across the Property Management business.

This job is part of the Communications job function. They are responsible for developing internal and external communications that are related to organizational values, strategy, and performance.

What You'll Do:

  • Support communications strategies for Property Management globally and other overarching company initiatives.
  • Helps with the delivery of clear and concise internal communication materials at a global level (i.e., memos, newsletters, PPT decks, employee intranet).
  • Coordinates Global Town Hall virtual events internally, as advised by Property Management Global Leadership and in partnership with the corporate communications team.
  • Delivers on a variety of external communications channels to support program goals, including PR and social media, and supplies content in support of the overarching global Property Management business priorities and themes.
  • Coordinates PR efforts and any significant executive-level media outreach opportunities for Property Management. May develop and distribute press releases to the media, pitch story ideas to the media, coordinate media interviews, respond to reporter inquiries, and conduct social media training for leaders.
  • Regularly partners with other members of the Property Management Corporate Communications team, the wider Advisory Corporate Communication team, regional and global business leaders, and cross-functional partners including the People team, Marketing and Research to ensure alignment across all channels.
  • Assists with the review and editing of Marketing and Research thought leadership content that relate to Property Management on a global level.
  • Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values.
  • Impact the quality of own work and the work of others on the team.

    • Bachelor's Degree preferred with 2-5 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
    • Understanding of existing procedures and standards to tackle slightly sophisticated problems.
    • Ability to analyze possible solutions using technical experience to apply appropriate judgment and precedents.
    • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
    • Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive approach.
