Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Computed Tomography Technologist to join our team at Wellstar Health System, Inc. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in radiology and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the performance of computed tomography scans, ensuring accurate and high-quality images.
• Position patients for exams, using proper technique and safety protocols.
• Operate CT equipment, maintaining proper calibration and performing routine maintenance tasks.
• Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective patient care.
• Participate in quality control measures, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and hospital policies.Requirements:
  • Graduate of an AMA-approved school of radiologic technology.
  • ARRT certification in radiography and computed tomography.
  • Basic Life Support certification.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in radiology, preferably in CT.Preferred Qualifications:
    • Experience working in a hospital setting.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
