Job Description:
A company is looking for a Staff UX Designer to join their User
Experience team.
Key Responsibilities
Lead complex, multidisciplinary initiatives and collaborate with
product managers and engineering leads
Prototype features using user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity
designs
Coach other designers and contribute to team culture and
proficiency in UX design
Required Qualifications
At least 7 years of experience in a UX team within a
cross-functional environment
Experience designing for web apps in marketplace or service design
companies
Strong advocacy for design thinking and ability to communicate
effectively with stakeholders
T-shaped UX design skills with expertise in at least one area of UX
design
A portfolio showcasing decision-making and experience in designing
web and mobile products
