Job Description:
A company is looking for a Medicaid Services Advocate (PA.OH) to
provide customer service support in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to and resolve customer inquiries regarding benefits,
eligibility, and claims
Guide customers in understanding health care options and navigating
related websites
Research and resolve complex issues while ensuring timely follow-up
with customers
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required
Preferably 1 year of experience in an office or call center
setting
Ability to build rapport and respond compassionately to customer
needs
Flexibility to work scheduled shifts and adjust as needed
Completion of customer service training classes is mandatory
