We are in search of a seasoned Personal Injury Litigation Attorney to become a valuable member of our team. The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 5 years of experience and demonstrate a successful history in personal injury litigation, with a focus on trial proficiency. Your role will entail advocating for clients at every stage of the litigation process, starting from the initial consultation to courtroom proceedings.

Responsibilities:
--- Manage communication with clients, witnesses, and insurance adjusters to gather necessary information and investigate cases thoroughly.
--- Oversee and handle an active caseload involving litigation cases effectively.
--- Assess the legal aspects of personal injury claims and offer comprehensive legal guidance to potential clients.
--- Create, draft, and submit legal paperwork such as complaints and discovery documents, conduct detailed legal research, and formulate trial strategies.
--- Provide representation for clients during hearings, mediations, trials, and depositions with confidence and expertise.

Qualifications:
--- Must hold a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from a law school accredited by the Georgia State Bar.
--- Required to be licensed to practice law in the state of Georgia.
--- Should be a member in good standing of the Georgia State Bar.
--- Must have a minimum of 5 years of successful experience in personal injury litigation.
--- Demonstrated trial experience is essential, along with a solid understanding of courtroom procedures.
--- Excellent analytical, research, and writing skills are a must.
--- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required to effectively engage with clients and other relevant parties.
--- This position is a combination of in-office and hybrid work.
