Position: Personal Injury Litigation Associate

Location: Atlanta, GA (Hybrid Work Options Available)

Salary: $125,000 + Performance-Based Incentives

Our Atlanta-based personal injury law firm is seeking a motivated and experienced Personal Injury Litigation Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in personal injury litigation, a strong work ethic, and a desire to grow within the field.

Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:
--- Manage all phases of personal injury litigation, from case intake to resolution.
--- Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery documents.
--- Conduct depositions, mediations, and trials as needed.
--- Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and the court.

Qualifications:

--- 3-5 years of experience in personal injury litigation.
--- Strong written and oral advocacy skills.
--- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
