Job Description:
A company is looking for a Software Support Lead to manage
software bug issues and communicate between teams to resolve EV
charging station problems.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee end-to-end issue resolution and collaborate with product
engineering teams
Review and diagnose submitted incidents, prioritizing and assigning
bug tickets accordingly
Provide technical recommendations and maintain support
documentation and SOPs
Required Qualifications and Education
3+ years of experience in software support, preferably with B2B
SaaS products
2+ years of support experience in the eMobility/EV Charging
industry
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in electronics, mechanical
engineering, or a related technical discipline
Familiarity with bug tracking tools such as Jira and ticket
management systems like Zendesk
Understanding of electrical/electronic concepts and network
communications fundamentals
