Job Description:
A company is looking for a Staff Software Engineer -
PostgreSQL.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and drive high-priority projects related to database
performance and observability
Provide technical leadership to the Database Monitoring team and
peer teams
Develop heuristics and automated recommendations for optimizing
customer workloads
Required Qualifications:
Strong familiarity with Postgres internals
Previous contributions to Postgres or significant tooling in the
relational database ecosystem
Experience working directly with customers to enhance their
workflows
Proven track record of leading impactful technical initiatives
Focus on performance, cost efficiency, ease of use, and
resilience
