About this role
The Technical Support Engineer will be responsible for Tier Three
technical support Engineer and will be part of a highly skilled
team that supports to the ALC dealer network. This role involves
troubleshooting and resolving complex issues related to hardware,
and software products through both online and phone-based support.
Additionally, the Technical Support Engineer will contribute to
product development by offering feedback to the documentation and
training teams, conducting final product checkouts, and
participating in beta testing.
This is a hybrid role based out of the Kennesaw, GA facility, with
three days in the office and two days working from home.
