Job Description:
A company is looking for a Mobile Messaging Operations
Specialist to support customers in utilizing SMS, MMS, and other
mobile messaging forms.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries and troubleshoot mobile messaging
delivery issues
Review customer applications for compliance and communicate setup
requirements
Identify recurring request patterns to create reusable resources
for support enhancement
Required Qualifications
2-3 years of experience in the US mobile industry, specifically
with A2P SMS/MMS
Strong customer service experience
In-depth understanding of mobile messaging in digital marketing and
telecommunications
Experience with journey and diagnostic testing
Ability to research and navigate regional complexities of mobile
messaging
