Job Description:
A company is looking for a Head of Compliance Technology to lead
compliance technology initiatives and manage a team of
professionals.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the design and execution of the compliance technology
program
Manage the development and maintenance of the transaction
monitoring system and customer risk scoring methodologies
Lead enhancements to sanctions screening controls and develop
real-time data reporting solutions
Required Qualifications
BA/BS degree or international equivalent
12+ years of relevant experience in compliance technology and data
analysis
Experience leading a team of compliance technology
professionals
Strong understanding of AML/BSA/Sanctions regulations
Advanced skills in Python and SQL, with experience in Databricks
and/or Pyspark
