Job Description:
A company is looking for an Oracle HCM Cloud Principal
Consultant with implementation and application support
experience.
Key Responsibilities
Interface with key stakeholders to implement Oracle Performance
Management, Goal Management, and Talent Review
Lead discussions for the design and development of data migration,
integrations, and reports in Talent Management
Manage the full SDLC lifecycle and implement projects using Agile
practices
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or foreign equivalent, or relevant work
experience in lieu of a degree
11+ years of Information Technology experience
8+ years of experience with Oracle HCM Cloud and Oracle
PeopleSoft
Experience with Talent Management and Compensation for the US
Knowledge of Lean/Agile development methodologies
