Job Description:
A company is looking for a Technical Support Representative I -
Remote, USA.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support via email, phone, and live chats
Troubleshoot and escalate issues to appropriate teams as
necessary
Assist with user acceptance testing and maintain documentation
Required Qualifications:
Minimum of a two-year degree in a computer-related field or
equivalent experience
High school diploma required
2+ years of software support, help desk, or customer service
experience
Familiarity with relational databases and software development
cycle
Previous experience in health care or clinical laboratory
administration preferred
