center of everything we do.About the roleWe are seeking a highly
skilled and motivated Technical Product Manager to join our team.
In this role, you will lead the technical aspects, design, and
management of enterprise digital technology products. You will work
closely with cross-functional teams, including digital,
engineering, design, and operations, to ensure our products meet
the highest standards of quality and performance for digital
business solutions.Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Focus: Engage with customers to gather feedback,
understand their needs, and ensure our digital products deliver
exceptional value.
- Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and leadership
throughout the product development lifecycle, from concept to
launch. Translate feature requirements, designs, and technical
architecture into actionable user stories.
- Product Strategy and Roadmap: Develop and maintain a
comprehensive product strategy and roadmap for data center digital
technologies, aligning with company goals and market needs.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with digital,
engineering, design, operations, and other teams to define product
requirements, prioritize features, and ensure successful product
delivery.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all products meet rigorous quality
standards and comply with industry regulations and best
practices.
- Training and Development: Develop and implement training
programs for internal teams and customers to ensure effective use
and understanding of our products.
- Performance Monitoring: Continuously monitor and analyze
product performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and
ensure products meet performance expectations.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed documentation of
product specifications, development processes, and performance
metrics. Provide regular updates to stakeholders.Required
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in technical product
management, with a focus on digital technology products for
enterprises.Preferred Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science,
Engineering, Business Technology, or a Technical field.
- Customer Focus: Demonstrated ability to understand customer
needs and translate to technical requirements.
- Technical Skills: Strong technical background with a deep
understanding of data center technologies (Salesforce, ServiceMax,
SAP, AWS, Snowflake, Shopify, BI, ETL tools, etc.).
- Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving
skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills,
with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to
