Job Description:
A company is looking for a Trainer to conduct employee training
and development programs.
Key Responsibilities:
Organizes and conducts training sessions as needed
Creates and conducts certification for learners, providing feedback
and coaching
Confers with management and employees to identify training
needs
Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Minimum 1 year of experience in designing and delivering training
programs
Minimum 1 year experience in patient access
Knowledge of HIPAA and medical reimbursement claims procedures
Experience with ICD9, ICD10, CPT, and various coding systems
