Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced leader to join our Prepared Foods team as a Team Leader. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the department, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving business growth.Key Responsibilities

• Leadership and Team Management
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing team to achieve sales targets and maintain excellent customer service.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance, productivity, and morale.
  • Operational Excellence
    • Oversee the daily operations of the Prepared Foods department, including inventory management, merchandising, and labor control.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
    • Customer Service
      • Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to customer needs and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
      • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and suppliers.
      • Performance Management
        • Recruit, train, and develop team members to achieve their full potential.
        • Conduct regular performance evaluations, providing feedback and coaching to improve performance.Requirements
          • 24+ months retail experience, including 12+ months of team leadership experience.
          • Proven track record of leading high-performing teams, driving sales growth, and delivering excellent customer service.
          • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
          • Able to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.Working ConditionsThe successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced retail environment, lifting up to 50 pounds, standing for extended periods, and working a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
