Job SummaryAssists the Team Leader in all aspects of daily operations, including profitability, expense control, buying, merchandising, labor, and regulatory compliance. Develops and maintains creative store layouts and product merchandising. Works with the Team Leader to achieve sales, purchasing, and labor targets.Key Responsibilities

• Store Operations: Assists the Team Leader in managing daily store operations, including analyzing sales, reports, and labor to drive business results.
• Merchandising and Visuals: Develops and maintains creative store layouts and product merchandising to drive sales and customer engagement.
• Labor and Training: Works with the Team Leader to manage labor schedules, train team members, and develop their skills to drive business results.
• Customer Service: Maintains a positive and engaging customer service environment, responding promptly to customer needs and questions.
• Team Management: Selects, trains, develops, and mentors team members to drive business results and foster a positive team environment.
• Inventory Management: Assists the Team Leader in managing inventory levels, ordering, and receiving to drive business results.Requirements
  • Experience: 18+ months retail Team Member experience and 6+ months of supervisory experience.
  • Skills: Proficient mathematical skills, excellent interpersonal, motivational, team building, and customer relationship skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and ability to lift 50 pounds.Working Conditions
    • Ability to work in a wet and cold environment.
    • Ability to handle knives and other cutting equipment.
    • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
