Job Description:

Assist Team Leader in daily operations including profitability, expense control, buying, merchandising, labor, regulatory compliance, and special projects. Lead and develop Team Members. Ensure a positive company image by providing courteous, friendly, and efficient service to customers and Team Members. Lead creative store layout and product merchandising. Develop and maintain awareness of new products. Foster a positive environment of teamwork and exceptional morale. Select, train, and develop Team Members. Maintain awareness of customer flows and needs. Respond to customer needs and questions.

• --- Develop and maintain creative store layout and product merchandising.
  
• --- Work with Team Leader to achieve sales, purchasing, and labor targets.
  
• --- Assist Team Leader in analysis of sales, reports, and labor.
  
• --- Maintain good vendor relationships and develop new vendor relations.
  
• --- Foster a positive environment of teamwork and exceptional morale.
  
• --- Maintain awareness of customer flows and needs.

    --- Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
    --- Ability to work in wet and dry conditions.
    --- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
