Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Dining Services Manager to oversee the operations of our retail dining location. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a team of food service professionals, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee dining services operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and staff supervision.
• Interact with customers, resolve complaints, and provide exceptional service.
• Assist with profit and loss management, budgeting, and financial reporting.
• Collaborate with the Chef and management team to create menus and ensure high-quality food.
• Assist with the rollout of new culinary programs and initiatives.
• Prepare quarterly reports for client presentation and contribute to sales growth through innovative food quality and marketing efforts.Requirements:
  • 2 years of food service supervisory or lead experience.
  • Experience in restaurants, hotels, corporate dining, education, military, health care, and/or related food service operations.
  • Waited table and catering experience is preferred.
  • Possess general hospitality knowledge and interest in sustainability and sustainable food practices.
  • Proficient computer skills and knowledge of MS Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and internet.
  • ServSafe Certification is preferred.
