Job Description:

Dips Kitchen: A new innovative fast-casual concept turning dips into meals made from scratch with local ingredients.We're seeking team members to help lead our stall at Krog Street Market and grow a talented team to help customers enjoy our dips.

• Train, coach, and guide team members for operational excellence.
• Manage team appearance and performance, and recommend corrective action when necessary.
• Lead opening and closing procedures, identify operations improvements, and interact with customers.
• Manage third-party orders, oversee deliveries and restocking, and maintain clean and organized areas.
• Ensure food safety and security standards are met.
  • Food Sanitation & Safety Knowledge
  • Good Communication Skills
  • Food Service Experience
  • Customer Service Experience
  • Fast Casual Restaurant Experience preferredCompensation:
    • $17-$20/hr + tips (estimated $25+ per hour)
